Apple MacBook Neo Giveaway – Official Rules
No purchase necessary. Void where prohibited.
1. Sponsor
This giveaway is hosted by Transcend Inc., 440 N Barranca Ave #1897, Covina, CA 91723.
2. Eligibility
Open to legal U.S. residents age 18+. Participation is not contingent on attending any event unless otherwise specified by Sponsor. Employees of the Sponsor and their immediate family are not eligible.
3. Entry
The promotion begins on April 19, 2026 and ends on April 22, 2026 (the Promotion Period).
Enter via QR code, website, or any other method provided by Sponsor (including online forms or other entry mechanisms). Limit one (1) entry per person unless otherwise specified by Sponsor.
To enter without completing the entry form, you may email your name and contact information to giveaways@transcend.io (mailto:giveaways@transcend.io) during the Promotion Period specified above.
Entries submitted via any method will have equal odds of winning.
4. Prize
One winner will receive Apple MacBook Neo (approximate retail value: $599 USD). Prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash. Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal value if needed.
The winner is responsible for any applicable taxes associated with the prize.
5. Drawing & Notification
Winner will be chosen at random on or about April 22, 2026 following the end of the Promotion Period and notified via email. The potential winner must respond within 5 business days of notification to claim the prize. If the potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond, or is found to be ineligible, an alternate winner may be selected at random.
6. Odds
Odds depend on number of eligible entries received.
7. Privacy
Information submitted will be used to administer the giveaway and contact the winner. Participants may optionally opt in to receive marketing communications from Transcend. Marketing opt-in is not required to enter. All information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Notice (https://privacy.transcend.io/policies).
8. Other Terms
Sponsor may cancel or modify the giveaway due to fraud, technical failures, or any other factors that impair the integrity of the promotion, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Sponsor is not responsible for lost entries or technical issues.
This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by any third-party, including but not limited to social media platforms, unless otherwise stated.
By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its affiliates from any liability arising from participation in the promotion or acceptance of the prize. Except where prohibited, the winner consents to Sponsor’s use of their name and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation.
