Every day at Transcend we engineer technical solutions to data privacy problems, such as building out APIs that connect directly to a company’s vendors in order to fully automate CCPA and GDPR requests. Our mission is to use smart engineering to make data privacy simple for companies everywhere.
In that spirit, today, we’re sharing something that we initially built as an internal experiment, in the hope you might also find it useful—a fully referenceable, searchable and shareable version of California’s new California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA). You can access it here.
The CPRA law amends the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 (CCPA), and is a legislative initiative passed by the California ballot proposition system (“Prop 24”) as part of the 2020 U.S. elections.

In our new interactive version, you can:
If you notice any issues, you can also highlight any text and select ‘Report transcription issue’
We hope you find it useful!
