Over the past few weeks, weāve been sharing more about how weāre approaching the governance of new AI technologies. Today, Iām thrilled to share more about the launch of Pathfinder, an AI governance software that enables better technical safeguards for enterprise AI.
Research from Accenture found that while 80% of companies plan to increase investment in responsible AI, only 6 percent of organizations felt they had the appropriate governance structures in place.
In answer to this disconnect, and as AI technologies become increasingly integral to modern business, Pathfinder represents a truly novel way for enterprises to unlock the value of AI tools in a responsible and compliant manner.
We believe this is a transformational step forward. By offering enterprises a seamless way to implement the AI governance guardrails they need, Pathfinder opens the door to leveraging AI technologies with increased confidence and reduced risk.

The expansive reach of AI technologies is undeniable, but with this scale comes the urgent need to maintain centralized oversight over usage. With Pathfinder by Transcend, companies will have a single technical control for the data going into AI models, and the data coming out.
Weāve heard repeatedly, from our community of governance leaders, that they need better visibility into AI use across their company, so as to better identify AI risks like cyber breaches and proprietary data leaks. Pathfinder by Transcend will give companies a unified view of their AI deployments, enabling better auditability and risk management.
According to a recent Accenture study, 77% of respondents indicated that future AI regulation is a current company-wide priority. To better streamline compliance, teams will be able to customize Pathfinderās architecture with monitoring, alerts, and predefined policies that ensure the necessary governance controls are applied.
Pathfinder is currently only available in the exclusive early access phase for select enterprise partners.
