Today, I’m thrilled to share that we’ve appointed Kate Parker as President of Transcend. Below is a note I shared with the Transcend team a short time ago announcing the news.

Hi team, In recognition of her past and future impact on Transcend, Mike Farrell, the board, and I are excited to share that we’ve named Kate Parker as President. This update reflects Kate’s responsibility for the execution of our corporate strategy and trajectory at the highest levels, as laid out by me and Mike Farrell.

Kate has done incredible work managing the day-to-day of our corporate strategy, and with her new title, she will continue to ensure we are in an even stronger position to capitalize on our incredible momentum and market opportunity – all while allowing Mike and I to continue to set a bold path for the long-term needs and challenges of solving privacy for the enterprise.

In terms of what this means, you all can expect Kate’s focus and remit to remain exactly the same as it is today: Build Transcend into a generationally-defining company to simplify privacy inside businesses.

Together, we are all on a bold mission to put users everywhere in control of their data, and, in doing so, to help restore a reality in which ordinary people are not subject to extraordinary surveillance. Thank you, Kate, and let’s go get it!

My best,

Ben
