Customer guide to Transcend Days-Off

One of our core values here at Transcend is "Enjoy the ride." Our team members are incredibly passionate about our mission, so it's very easy for us to come to work each day and love what we do. But we also know that rest and recovery plays a critical role on the path to success. 

So, in months when there is not a US Federal Holiday recognized, Transcend offers our employees an extra day off to ensure our team members regularly get an opportunity to recharge. We have found this to be hugely beneficial in fueling our team to consistently deliver amazing outcomes for our customers. Below are the days in 2024 when we will be recognizing a Transcend Day Off:

  • Monday, March 25

  • Monday, April 29

  • Friday, August 16

We appreciate that this may impact our customers, and we do not take that lightly. One of our other core principles is “Customer delight above all else” and we are committed to following through on that with the following:

  • Our exceptional support team will continue to monitor our platform performance during these days off.

  • Any urgent issues impacting Transcend platform usability will be monitored and actioned per our typical SLAs.

  • Our CX team will proactively communicate with customers ahead of time to plan accordingly in order to minimize any impacts on in-flight efforts.

  • We are constantly investing time and energy in our in-depth documentation to ensure it is a fantastic resource for our customers to help address questions and provide guidance and best practices.
