We wrapped up our first season of privacy_infra tech talks on November 12th with two fantastic talks on scaling privacy-respective frameworks and cultures.
First up, we heard from Nuria Ruiz, a volunteer engineer at the Wikimedia Foundation, who presented on the challenges and opportunities in putting the organization on a ‘lean data diet’.
LinkedIn Staff Software Engineer Ryan Rogers then outlined how their privacy engineering team built a differentially private data analytics API at scale. Transcend’s Ben Brook also gave an update on how we’re building privacy-respecting technologies to fulfill data requests for companies.
