Transcend allows you to access and delete user data in Discourse in accordance with data privacy regulations like GDPR and CCPA.

Setting up Discourse integration

To get started, make sure you're logged in to Transcend. If not, log in to Transcend here. To configure the Discourse integration, you'll want to:

  1. Navigate to Infrastructure > Integrations > Add Integration > Discourse.
  2. Log in to your Discourse subdomain as a user with administrative privileges. Go to 'Admin' and go to the 'API' tab to generate and copy your API key.
  3. Paste your Discourse subdomain and API key to connect the integration.
  4. Success! Now that you are connected, you can make Data Privacy requests.
  5. Done!
