Transcend allows you to access and delete information for Users and Contacts in Aircall.

Setting up Aircall integration

To get started, make sure you're logged in to Transcend. If not, log in to Transcend here. To configure the Aircall integration, you'll want to:

  1. Navigate to Infrastructure > Integrations > Add Integration > Aircall.
  2. Ensure you are signed in to your Aircall dashboard.
  3. Click "Connect with Oauth" on the Aircall connection page.
  4. Authorize the integration in Aircall.
  5. Success! Now that you are connected, you can make Data Privacy requests to access and delete data.
