Official Rules – Transcend's IAPP AIGP Certification Giveaway

No purchase necessary. Void where prohibited.

1. Sponsor

This giveaway is hosted by Transcend Inc., 440 N Barranca Ave #1897, Covina, CA 91723.

2. Eligibility

Open to legal U.S. residents age 18+. Employees of the Sponsor and of IAPP and their immediate family are not eligible.

3. Entry

To enter, complete the following actions related to a LinkedIn post from Transcend, posted on August 25, 2025.

2. Share the post on LinkedIn

4. Prize

Each winner will receive an IAPP Artificial Intelligence Governance Professional (AIGP) Certification package, which includes the AIGP Exam ($799 USD) and Online Training ($1,195 USD), for a total prize value of $1,994 USD. Prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the stated prize becomes unavailable.

5. Drawing & Notification

Winner will be chosen at random after the event and notified via company LinkedIn post announcement and LinkedIn direct message. If the winner doesn’t respond within 5 business days, a new winner may be selected.

6. Odds

Odds depend on number of eligible entries received.

8. Other Terms

Sponsor may cancel or modify the giveaway if needed. Sponsor is not responsible for lost entries or technical issues.
