Official Rules – Transcend's IAPP GPS 2026 AI readiness survey giveaway

No purchase necessary. Void where prohibited.

1. Sponsor

This giveaway is hosted by Transcend Inc., 440 N Barranca Ave #1897, Covina, CA 91723.

2. Eligibility

Open to legal U.S. residents age 18+. Employees of the Sponsor and of IAPP and their immediate family are not eligible. Participants must be present at the IAPP GPS 2026 conference (March 30–31, 2026, Washington, D.C.) to enter.

3. Entry

The promotion begins on March 30, 2026, and ends on March 31, 2026 (the Promotion Period).

To enter, participants must complete the AI Readiness Survey by scanning the QR code at the Transcend booth at IAPP GPS 2026 (March 30–31, 2026, Washington, D.C.) and submit all required fields using a valid email address (work email recommended). One entry per person. Incomplete submissions are not eligible.

To enter without completing the survey, you may email your name and contact information to giveaways@transcend.io during the Promotion Period.

Entries submitted via any method will have equal odds of winning.

4. Prize

One (1) winner will receive a MacBook Neo, 256GB with Magic Keyboard (or comparable model, approximate retail value: $599 USD). Prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the stated prize becomes unavailable.

The winner is responsible for any applicable taxes associated with the prize.

5. Drawing & Notification

The winner will be drawn at random on Tuesday, March 31, 2026 at 12:30 PM at the Transcend booth. The winner must be present at the Transcend booth at the time of the drawing to claim the prize. If the selected winner is not present, a new winner may be selected at random. This requirement will be clearly communicated on the survey landing page and booth signage.

6. Odds

Odds depend on number of eligible entries received.

7. Privacy

Information submitted will be used to administer the giveaway and contact the winner. Participants may optionally opt in to receive marketing communications from Transcend. Marketing opt-in is not required to enter. All information submitted is handled in accordance with our Privacy Notice (https://privacy.transcend.io/policies).

8. Other Terms

Sponsor may cancel or modify the giveaway if needed due to fraud, technical failures, or other factors that impair the integrity of the promotion. Sponsor is not responsible for lost entries or technical issues. This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by IAPP, Apple, or any other third party.

By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its affiliates from any liability arising from participation in the promotion or acceptance of the prize. Except where prohibited, the winner consents to Sponsor’s use of their name and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

These Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of California.
