At Transcend, we spend a lot of time talking about what’s next—next-gen infrastructure, next-gen regulation, next-gen governance.

But what about next-gen leaders?

Privacy is no longer a siloed legal function, it’s a multidisciplinary, values-driven space shaping the future of business, AI, data, and democracy itself. The people driving that evolution don’t all look the same, think the same, or come from the same backgrounds. And that’s the point.

It’s time we made room for the new voices guiding us forward.

Last year, we launched Next-Gen Voices to spotlight the rising leaders redefining privacy. This year, we’re continuing that work—and today, I’m proud to share our latest full-length episode, which you can watch below.

Why we’re continuing this work

Throughout my career, I’ve been lucky to share my voice and connect with this community. But no one builds this work alone, and no one should have to.

Next-Gen Voices is about opening the door a little wider. It’s about passing the mic, amplifying new perspectives, and making space for the next wave of privacy leadership—not just because it’s right, but because this work is stronger when more people are part of it.
