Most of a company's customer data already lives in Snowflake. Now it can be turned into policy the moment it gets there.
Ask most data teams "can we use this data?" and the honest answer is a shrug. The data isn't missing. The CDP and the CMP just hold different truths about the same customer, and neither one is wrong.
Consent gets captured somewhere upstream, then stalls out before it ever reaches the warehouse where campaigns, models, and personalization actually run. Downstream, marketing and activation teams experience it as a smaller audience than the one they're actually allowed to reach, a suppression list nobody can fully explain. Nobody notices the size of the gap until a model gets pulled right before launch because no one can vouch for the training data. That’s the most expensive place in the whole process to catch it.
Our Snowflake Native App syncs consent and preference data directly into your Snowflake account and turns it into row access policies, masking, and safe views. No pipeline to build, no data to export. Your customer’s identifiers, purposes, and consent decisions land in your warehouse, ready to power personalization, analytics, and AI.
From there, a live coverage view shows exactly which datasets are governed and which aren't. Point at a gap and apply the recommended fix, without opening a SQL editor or filing a ticket with the data platform team. You can programmatically honor your customer’s choices.
The question isn't what data a company has. It's whether they can use it.

Snowflake Horizon Catalog answers "can this person access this data based on their role?" Transcend answers the next question: "can this person or system use this data for this specific purpose?"
A finance analyst role can be scoped within Snowflake to analytics purposes only, while a marketing role sees only the customers who've opted in to personalization. Two systems, two different questions, one answer your teams can actually act on.
TextNow uses the Native App to automate consent decisions more efficiently, replacing a process that used to eat a full engineering cycle.
"Using the Snowflake Native App and Transcend transforms a task that normally takes weeks into hours." — Andrew Cotton, Head of Platform and Security Engineering at TextNow
Legacy consent tools hand you a lengthy implementation guide and expect you to write the SQL yourself in order to move consent to where it’s needed. Transcend gives you templates and one-click recommendations, preview the SQL if you want it, or just deploy.
It’s not just less SQL:
Snowflake's read on the app comes down to consumption: the more customers trust the data they have, the more of it can be activated in the systems they already use.
"Transcend's Snowflake Native App brings policy enforcement and data permissions into a single flow inside the customer's own Snowflake account, turning consent and preference data into row access policies and safe views, enforced at query time, at warehouse scale. It's a strong example of how our ecosystem gives customers confidence to activate data for AI and personalization." — Rodrigo Rocha, Vice President, Global ISV & Enterprise Technology Partnerships at Snowflake
The Native App handles consent and preference data specifically, turning it into policy Snowflake can honor the moment that data is queried. It also points at where Transcend is headed: Policy Engine, runtime infrastructure that combines business policy, regulatory context, and customer preference into a single data decision before anything downstream acts on it.
Policy Engine isn't part of this release. But the same idea, a decision made once and honored everywhere, is what this app already does for consent and preference data inside Snowflake, and where the company is taking it next.
