Our Q1 integration release is here. We bring expanded real-time data permissioning and privacy automation deeper into the many systems where your data lives. With new integrations spanning cloud infrastructure, marketing, HR, and customer experience systems, the Transcend Integration Network continues to lead the industry in breadth, depth, and unmatched extensibility—designed to fit your company’s unique architecture.

Our integrations are engineered to execute the full spectrum of privacy operations possible for the system type, spanning Consent Management, Data Inventory, DSR Automation, Preference Management, Structured Discovery, Silo Discovery, and Unstructured Discovery. Our integrations are never superficial connections or untested scripts.

By using Transcend’s proprietary integrations to embed controls at the data layer, companies are operationalizing privacy into a real-time data permissioning layer that drives compliance and growth.

Today, Fortune 500 companies use Transcend’s vast integrations to power their newly-launched personalization product initiatives with real-time user consent and preference permissioning across their full tech stacks. High-growth start-ups also benefit from Transcend integrations by saving hundreds of hours to execute automated compliance.

We love seeing how deep integrations help unlock powerful use cases for our customers. Here’s a closer look at our latest integration release:

Infrastructure and Cloud Systems

In Q1, we’ve expanded coverage in critical back-end environments, where sensitive data often hides in plain sight.

  • AWS Organizations + IAM: Auto-discovers all AWS accounts within your organization to surface untracked data systems without manual configuration.
  • Google Cloud Spanner: Now supports fully automated data subject requests (DSRs) and structured discovery in globally distributed SQL databases.
  • Redis (AWS ElastiCache, Google Memorystore): Brings structured discovery to complex JSON-based caches, enabling precise classification in high-speed environments.

People Systems

In Q1, we’ve deepened integration across core HR platforms, where employee data and sensitive identity information must be precisely governed and easily actioned.

  • Jira (Service Cloud + Service Desk): This upgrade adds full structured data discovery, including issues and attachments, with automated detection of data systems.
  • Workday: Enables deeper data discovery across sensitive employee datasets for more accurate, scalable DSR fulfillment.

Marketing, CRM, and Customer Platforms

In Q1, we’ve extended privacy automation into key user touchpoints, like personalization and campaign platforms, where trust is built daily.

  • Algonomy: Enables real-time user preference syncing and DSR automation within Algonomy’s personalization features.
  • Treasure Data: Adds native support for consent orchestration and rights management across AI and marketing workflows orchestrated from Treasure Data.
  • Adobe Experience Platform (Expanded): Supports bi-directional preference syncing across Adobe’s user experience features, including web, mobile, and Experience Cloud.
  • Vero + SAP Emarsys: Brings automated, reliable DSR fulfillment into messaging and campaign tools without manual intervention.

What our integrations uniquely deliver

Other legacy providers offer integrations that are lightweight webhooks or limited connections for only one type of data processing (e.g., access). Our out-of-the-box integrations uniquely support all major use cases. With this, we uniquely enable you to do everything from discovering all your data silos; discovering and classifying sensitive data, performing consent, DSR or preference management ops on the data, and more.

Our integrations also stand out with our:

  • Security-first approach: Our industry-leading integration practices include zero-trust design, end-to-end encryption, and isolated execution, meaning your integrations are more secure with Transcend than legacy offerings.
  • Architectural differentiation: Our modular integrations update independently, so we ship faster, adapt to API changes quickly, and avoid platform-wide risk—ensuring reliable, scalable coverage across your stack.
  • Unmatched extensibility: in addition to our out-of-the-box integrations, Transcend uniquely offers Custom Functions which means you can integrate across even the most custom or homegrown systems, exactly the way your company needs with Transcend.
  • Support model: Our support team brings deep privacy and engineering expertise, with premium response times under an hour. We also engage directly with SaaS vendors when needed, helping you avoid guesswork that other platforms leave to you.

The Infrastructure for Real-Time, Governed Data Use

We believe incredible business outcomes of governed, real-time data use start with deep integration across your entire ecosystem. Our latest releases extend coverage across your SaaS apps, internal tools, and cloud environments, ensuring no system is left behind.

With prebuilt and extensible integrations, Transcend turns static policies like deletion rights or consent settings into live, enforced workflows. The result: automated compliance, actionable consent, and permissioned data ready for personalization and AI.

Explore the full list of supported integrations on our site, and stay tuned for our Q2 rollout, including even more high-impact additions to your privacy infrastructure stack.
